The Embassy Theatre opened its doors in May of 1928, beginning life as a vaudeville house and movie palace. Since then, the Embassy Theatre has welcomed to its stage countless national Broadway tours, concerts, workshops, ballets, and more. The Embassy is home to the Grande Page Pipe Organ, affectionately dubbed "Miss Page," a staple in the halls of the theatre since the 1920s, when pipe organs accompaniment to silent films was a must. Throughout the years, a series of groups and guardians protected Miss Page, keeping her in her original home.

The Fort Wayne Children's Zoo was declared Indiana's #1 Summer "Gotta-Do" Attraction in 2014, and we sure know it deserved it! The zoo opened in 1952 as a nature preserve with just a few animals. But the preserve was so popular that soon enough, by July 1965, a full-fledge Children's Zoo had begun. Throughout the years, renovations and additions to the zoo have earned it distinction as a world-class zoological facility, with 40 acres and over 1,000 animals from 200 species.
